1991 Cadillac Eldorado LOW MILES! LOOK in New Castle, PA

this car was running fine then it was parked for about a year so now it needs some tlc! body is solid- no rust! clear coat is flaking in places, it needs a battery n mayb brake work from setting n possably a fuel pump???It is NOT currently inspected! it has just over 100,000 miles on it but is in very good condition!
